License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and the developer of eVTR (Eventer) (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the eVTR mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the App

• Use the App for unlawful or prohibited purposes

3. USER DATA

eVTR allows you to create and store event-related data.

• All data is stored locally on your device unless exported by you

• You are solely responsible for your data and backups

• We are not responsible for any loss of data

4. IMPORT & EXPORT

The App provides functionality to import and export data.

• Imported data may overwrite existing data

• This operation may be irreversible

• You are responsible for verifying file integrity before importing

5. NO WARRANTY

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free

• The App will meet your expectations

• The App will operate without interruption

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or misuse

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

8. UPDATES

We may provide updates or improvements to the App.

• Updates may modify or remove features

• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance

9. THIRD-PARTY TERMS

This Agreement is between you and the Developer only, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for:

• The App or its content

• Maintenance or support

• Claims related to the App

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
